Huge Frequent Flyer Opportunities in New York the Last Weekend in April with Only a Few Seats Left

For anyone who is going to be in New York on April 29 and 30, or who can get there, two events are an absolute must.

On Friday afternoon April 29, the Randy Petersen Executive Travel Summit is an opportunity to meet and hear from Randy, Maya Leibman (President of American AAdvantage), Jeff Foland (President of United Mileage Plus), and Jeff Zidell (Vice President of Hyatt Gold Passport).

I’m working on my own list of questions for this group, but you’ll have a chance to ask your own. At the Sheraton La Guardia from 11:30am – 2:30pm, and $49 includes lunch. Registration is available and I’m told there’s not a lot of seats left.

Then also at the Sheraton, beginning Friday evening with a cocktail reception and then with programs all day on Saturday, is Frequent Traveler University. Lucky from the One Mile at a Time blog, Rick of Frugal Travel Guy, Steve Belkin (who once hired disabled Thai rice farmers to fly back and forth between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai to earn confirmed international upgrades), and I will share all of our best tips and techniques for effectively earning and burning miles. Registration for $49 includes Friday’s cocktails and then Saturday breakfast and lunch in addition to attendance. Tommy Danielsen emailed this afternoon and let me know that there are only 20 spaces left.

Here’s my previous post mentioning the Travel Executive Summit and my previous post with the detailed schedule for Frequent Traveler University.

The last weekend in April is a huge opportunity for frequent flyers, expert and novice alike, to meet and mingle with the heads of the programs and then learn to make the most of them. I hope to meet several of you there!

  1. I would like to say I am really looking forward to attending.I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect line up of industry folks to hear speak.I must admit though I would have liked to have seen Chris Holdren from Starwood/SPG speak as well………
For those that haven’t attended these events I can only say don’t miss out its a real opportunity to learn and ask questions. Here to one of the most interesting events and seminars in many years see you all there.
    Cheers

  2. Gary,

I registered, but might not be able to make it now because of a conflict. Can you let me know when the event sells out, because I might be able to make someone’s day by offering them my registration.

    Thanks
