  1. Umm, the Travel + Leisure offer isn’t exactly free – you need to sign up for some service, which can potentially sell your name and address for more junk mail.

    It is free. You don’t need to signup for anything and you’re free to give a fake email address.

    You’re welcome to give a fake address as well if you don’t want junk mail but that may be self-defeating 😉

    We’re currently getting a daily print and digital WSJ, Time, Bloomberg, Barron’s, US Weekly, and several other magazines from them for free with no catch. They just want to boost their subscriber numbers. I haven’t noticed any junk mail because of it.
