Your constant delight in mocking Thailand and Thai people at every opportunity really exposes you as a small-minded, mean-spirited jerk.
There’s no mocking of the country or its people. I link to stories about its government. If that’s mocking, I don’t think I’m the one doing it.

The thai-vsa guys are just having a fun time with the context of the story. But most of us expats/thaivisa guys are somewhat pro current “government”. Well they are at least cleaning up a lot of the corruption Thailand was always accused of.
I must also say the Thai people are starting to get really irritated with western media constantly ridiculing them for one thing or the other and that could potentially make it dangerous for us Americans in Thailand.
