Donald Trump’s Plane Makes Emergency Landing

Donald Trump’s plane made an emergency landing in Nashville on Wednesday “after reporting engine problems.”

Trump, a Republican presidential contender, was on his way to Little Rock, Arkansas for a rally when the starboard engine experienced a mechanical issue 50 miles outside Nashville, WTVF says.

A source told the station one of the engines was sticking in neutral.

Trump was on the plane, and boarded another one shortly after landing, WTVF says.

Nashville airport welcomed him.

The FAA is investigating the incident, but like the Singapore Airlines emergency landing in Bali, passengers onboard the Boeing 757 probably just ate Trump Steaks.

Part of projecting success is having an over-the-top private jet. Trump’s is a 757… not Middle Eastern Prince-worthy, but still quite impressive by US business standards.

And there’s a touch of Middle East sheikh chic: “You’ll notice the seatbelts, as well as everything else, are 24 karat gold plated.”

Trump, of course, used to have a whole airline. The planes used to have gold plated fixtures in the lavatory

  1. Trump may have gold-plated seatbelts, but he’ll will never get elite status if he keeps flying that thing.

  2. So, if Trump gets elected president, is he going to fly Air Force One or will he keep using his own plane?
