And they are certainly emphasizing service to the city from their other hubs (and indeed Saturday service from former hubs Kansas City and Nashville). But people claiming Cancun will become a hub do not seem to know what the word hub means.

Planes are designed to fly with only one of two engines-just not as high and fast. Pilots train to fly with one engine. Inconvenient but not terrible.
