Holiday Inn Express brings you packing tips that are actually really, really good. Very few packing tip videos are. This guy is a whole lot better at folding a shirt than I am!
He tells you how to use a television to charge electronics and how to turn a coffee mug into a speaker for your music, too.
What are your best packing tips?

Coffee mug tip is a really good one!
how the hell did he do that with the shirt?! 😀
I just tried the coffee cup trick, I wish I emptied the coffee first.
That shirt folding was amazing.
If it is anything that could make a mess in my bag, I put it in a ziploc bag and squeeze out the air.
I think you shared the shirt and coat packing tips some time ago (from another web site). I’m still amazed by the shirt technique.
I have the dry cleaner fold my shirts. That way, they just go into the bag. If I don’t have a trip, I can unfold them and hang them up with minimal extra effort.
some great tips! thanks!
Amazing. However, I want to see that shirt folding trick in person – otherwise I have to suspect a cleverly edited video.
There’s another video on the same guy’s channel where he shows you how to fold the shirt:

I actually saw the same technique in a Japanese language video first…I’m a bit surprised that so many people haven’t seen it..
Those were some actually decent tips, though I think that hanging thing would likely take up too much space. The shirt folding was pretty awesome!
Just watched his shirt folding instruction video and tried it out on a t-shirt. It really works!
I also like the cling wrap under the bottle cap. That would have saved me a shampoo spillage or two.
Excellent tips in a concise video! I love posts like this.
The shirt folding was first in a Lactose advert a few years ago
