  1. Yay! Punish the workers! How efficient! I’m so glad that we’re ‘dividing’ and ‘conquering’ each other over freakin’ NOTHING so that the oligarchs can steal more from all of us. Well done, everyone! Please, go fight the ‘culture war’–(ignore the class war)–Brilliant!!

  2. What was the item that says “This is not reasonable at this price point, for this product, and on this route. Seems like an outlier though. And, also, learn to eat real food” about?

All I see below it is a symbol that looks like a fancy “at” sign and the words “Thread not available”.

  3. @DRC based — Good correction; it is a fascinating topic (the geography, all the name changes over the years, following the various independences). I was about to say, I’m pretty sure Libreville is capital of the nearby country of Gabon. I was expecting you to refer to DRC as ‘Zaire.’ Or to refer to Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, as its former name, Salisbury, South Rhodesia. Then there is Northern Rhodesia, now called Zambia. West South Africa, now called Namibia. Bechuanaland, now Botswana. Tanganyika and Zanzibar, now called Tanzania. And also, Kinshasa, not to be confused with nearby Brazzaville, the city on the other side of the Congo River in the Republic of Congo, a different country, as I am sure you already knew all of this, if you actually are DRC-based. And elsewhere, like Burma, now Myanmar; Bombay, now Mumbai. I find it interesting how some locals prefer and still use the old names. It is something we learn about from our travels.

  4. They’re there for our safety. If they choose to ignore such basic rules I have no faith they would be reliable in an emergency. If they apologize retrain them. If they are combative/defensive fire them.
