  1. No, the Wal-Mart benefit fits perfectly into the AMEX vision of coupon clipping. AMEX cards will fill the void left by the departure of S&H green stamps. Stay tuned for exciting new benefits, like a $12.50 monthly White Castle reimbursement for drive-through purchases made Sunday through Thursday.

  3. Platinum is what poor people think is a rich people’s brand. The Walmart perk will succeed. Walmart is actually a step up from Amazon which is flooded with cheap sh*t in case you have not noticed.
