I’ll never understand why TikTokkers (or any other social media users) have the incessant need to swear profusely throughout their videos. It really lessens the impact of their message.
Just did a coast to coast in business class on AA and no internet/no entertainment. I particularly loved how their pre-takeoff message heralded their awesome wireless system for free entertainment, followed by the FA announcing, “sorry, it’s not working today.”
Can’t believe they would have this problem so often if they had seatback systems.
@Thing1 – Actually, the seat back systems more often have issues, it’s just that they are limited in impact (one person instead of all). But if you think about it, the seatback system means every seat has to be maintained, so easily 200-ish. WiFi means one central system with like 4 access points.
It’s much easier to ensure the one system is working per plane than 200. Now, why did AA allow this flight to go out without working entertainment for 200 souls? That’s a great question.
