  1. The trash left on airplane floors, while it’s rude by our standards, we have to keep in mind there are cultures that say, if it’s somebody else’s job to clean, then that’s the end of it. Nothing wrong with that, unlike (say) executing gays.

  2. I didn’t know about the two airside PP restaurants in E at MIA. Good to know as I often go there for ticketing issues when not flying. Can grab a bite now and then. Do they require a BP?

  3. So did AA say the crew bags would be moved from the F cabin bins? No, just implied the F pax bags will be placed somewhere else. Such arrogance!

  4. i hate the airlines when they don’t answer the concern. I have had this problem before with dead-heading crew and it is simply unacceptable.

  5. The Corona Beach house used to have a grab and go section with premade salads, sandwiches, etc. First, that went away from PP.

They must make more money with takeout than people sitting down, right? Why would they turn away that “free” money?

  6. @ Daniel

Corona Beach has a mandatory 18% tips add to the total bill when you sit down. They cannot do that with the take away.

Take away has not been allowed for quite some time. What is reporting here is very old news.

On top of that the allowance is $30 there, not $28. Fact check must be a rare tribute for writers these days.

  7. Corona Beach House (MIA) definitely depends on Priority Pass. On my last visit there (January) the server said that 95% of their customers were Priority Pass. It mush be Priority Pass pushing back on seeing a huge uptick in usage by folks with unlimited Priority Pass visits.

  8. First class customers need storage in first class section. Otherwise, they need a refund. If they have to go back 3 rows to collect their items, then they aren’t deplaning first, unless they hold up the entire plane.
And people like me, in economy, need 1st class customers to pay the high fares so i can pay a lower fare. Let’s hear from some flight attendants and pilots on this.

  9. Don’t you just LOVE when you contact an airline with a problem and they give you a wildly unrealistic response?

  10. PHL-LAX AA197… March10… AA: please respond specifically to FC customers concern. “Overhead bins in FC allegedly occupied by crew luggage”. Note that a major travel blogger publicized your response. Note that often, you specifically ask for customers to respond to surveys, sometimes offering bonus points.

  11. I thought FA had their own spots for luggage?? They should definitely not be using passengers spots. It’s bad enough that 1st has at least one bin taken up by important safety equipment (that should be stored elsewhere) and pillows and blankets etc. Airlines are just shooting themselves in the foot.

  12. If I have 6 PP cards from different credit cards can I use them all for one boarding pass?

  13. beatbox guy is awesome!

my kids were working on it until their favorite show was canceled 🙂

  14. Timberline is the PP restaurant in DEN. They don’t allow carry-out with PP either. Must be a PP policy.
