News and notes from around the interweb:
- Chick-fil-A devalued its rewards program, a chicken biscuit redemption has gone from 350 points to 500 points. (Base earning is 10 points per dollar spent.)
- Side effects of the British Airways data breach include… lawyers want to know how your mental health was affected by the hack.
- Greenpeace vandalized an Air France 777

- Woman walked through Chicago O’Hare security twice in two days without a ticket because she wanted to go see Jay-Z in Los Angeles. She was discovered both times on board planes, and removed for lack of a ticket. This is treated as a security threat but if TSA screening has any value, whether or not one purchased a fare doesn’t much influence security. Do you really think not having a ticket is the best way to bypass name checking on no fly lists?
- What type of aircraft mishap has only ever happened once in the whole history of aviation? (HT: Jonathan W)
- They never seem to read my tweets.
The biggest reward you can get from Chick-fil-A is to not eat there…
P.F. Changs devalued the rewards program as well. $15 discount instead of a free entree
She likely didn’t have tickets to the Jay-Z show either!
