Comment Here for a Chance to Win (A Bunch Of) American Airlines Lounge Passes

Last month I was giving away 25,000 American AAdvantage miles and a whole bunch of lounge passes.

Citibank offered them up to me to share with readers, highlighting their classy move to reach out to American Express Platinum cardholders. Platinum cards no longer offer American or US Airways lounge access, and Citibank is the sole issuer of cards that offer lounge access with the new American Airlines.

Citibank has the most generous credit card signup offer in the market with a 100,000 mile signup bonus for their Executive Card which bundles lounge access.

It turns out that they sent me a whole bunch of extra club passes, more than I needed to fulfill the last contest, so I’m giving the extras away here on the blog!

I am not being compensated by Citibank for highlighting their 100,000 mile bonus or giving away prizes. And as I shared in the original contest post, I am not keeping any of the prizes for myself — so I need your help to take the extra lounge passes off of my hands.

Here are the prizes:

Three prizes of (4) American Admirals Club passes each

So here’s how you enter.

  • I have several trip report sections on the blog. I have a page of airline reports, of hotel reports, of airline lounges, food, and activities and other quirky things.
  • Visit the airline lounge review page
  • Leave a comment on this blog post. Answer the question, “what is your favorite airline lounge, of those that have been reviewed on this blog?”
  • Enter by Noon on Sunday June 1. That’s 2 days from this writing.
  • Enter as many times as you like, but… You can list any and as many of your favorite lounges as you like, but each entry has to be a lounge I have reviewed on the blog. And if you enter more than once you must say why you like the lounge you’re entering with.
  • Prize winners will be drawn at random. As in past, I will use random.org for the drawing.
  • Fine print. Void where prohibited by law. All of my decisions are final and unappealable, I want to make giveaways as easy as possible and with the fewest headaches possible. Redemption of Admirals Club passes are subject to Admirals Club Terms of Service.

So, what is your favorite airline lounge that’s been reviewed on this blog?

  1. AMEX Centurion lounge in DFW, I’m hoping they open more in more places like ORD. Free massage.

  2. the CIP lounge in IST. It’s better than some of the first class lounges in the world.

  3. Of the ones I’ve visited, and you have reviewed, I would have to say The Wing at HKIA. We visited in 2012 before the recent renovations and it was simply awesome. The noodle bar was especially cool.

  4. I love the Concorde Room @ LHR, thanks to a post on your blog I found out about the Cabana & was a able to really relax before my flight to MIA in a “new first class” cabin

  5. Cathay Pacific The Wing First Class Lounge, Hong Kong – clean, and the food looks great.

  6. Thai Airways First Class Lounge & Spa, Bangkok.

Straight from photographing a leopard in a jungle on the Myanmar border to this Lounge & Spa – 1hr massage, great food, attentive and pleasant staff. Unbelievable

  7. My favorite is the AA Flagship lounge at ORD. It is my favorite because it is my hometown airport & being there means I’m about to embark on another great vacation.

  8. I have never had the opportunity to have access to any of the lounges so they all sound wonderful to me I am entering in hopes of winning and giving the pass to our son who is flying on AA at the end of June from JFK to Paris; good luck to all

  9. Lufthansa first class terminal in FRA. Awesome for kids and I when we arrived and had to wait for connecting flights.

  10. Also, not nearly the quality of many of the domestic or international first class lounges, but new US Airways in LGA MUCH improved over the old club.

  11. Centurion DFW is new and nice. Although beyond the scope
The. star alliance lounge in Brussels has good pan au chocolate – but the restrooms are in the hall of the lounge row…

  12. I only been to two. But I like the Korean airline in LA. Sorry being cheap. The instant corn soup was nice and instant noodle is nice too and not too heavy… great snack

  13. The Air Canada Transborder Lounge in Toronto! Toronto is my hub, so I get to frequent this lounge a lot 🙂

  14. Lufthansa first class terminal and lounge is by far the winner in my eyes. Feels private and exclusive like no other.

  15. The Cathay Pacific “The Pier” FC lounge in HKG because of the showers and food.

  16. Thai Airways, First Class Lounge and Spa, Bangkok

Who doesn’t love a massage, chicken satay, and orchids???

  17. Luftansa, first class terminal. Frankfurt

I love being taken to the plane in a Porsche, plus the fresh pretzels are amazing!

  18. Air France Lounge, Washington Dulles

While it gets heavy use, it still delivers in comfort before a long flight.

  19. The Cathay Pacific The Wing First Class Lounge in HK because it has great food

  20. I’ve very rarely been to a lounge (so would appreciate this award!). I do appreciate lounges that have showers, for when you have to overnight it in an airport after a delayed flight causes missed connections, etc. A Delta lounge at JFK saved my wife and I in such circumstances three years ago.

  21. none of those listed are my favorite due to the fact I have never visited any of them. The closest I’ve come is the standard AA lounge at ORD. For this reason alone, I feel I should qualify 🙂

  22. Amex Lounge in DFW, Only one I have been to and that was last week with a friend.

  23. I fly out of IAD a lot so my favorite lounge is one that I get to use which is the Lufthansa Senators lounge out of terminal B
