Whenever I fly through or out of LAX I run into celebrities. And the thing is there must be more of them than I realize, because I don’t know who most people that are conventionally famous even are. I’ve run into Billy Crystal at TSA screening and then the terminal 4 Admirals Club, Reba McEntire in the Admirals Club too, and Randy Jackson escorting a child star in first class across the aisle to name just a few.
Airline employees, either more culturally aware than I am or just with access to a flight manifest, must find this an every day occurrence. So a Los Angeles-based airline customer service agent with a Tik Tok account is a dangerous thing when she decides to dish on the celebrities she’s met at the airport.
Over the course of four years at LAX she developed a lot of opinions and dishes on incidents,
Nicki Minaj got a 2/10 rating. According to Cindy, “She wouldn’t get off the aircraft until everybody else got off, which she can’t do because the flight attendants need to get off…I was a fan before I met her. After…yeah, no.”
She loved Bad Bunny whom I’ve never heard of, “He was super f$%&! polite. Super nice. He actually took out his hand to shake mine and I died.” And she loved Dakota Johnson whom I haven’t heard of either,
She forgot her passport…in the middle of traffic hour, so we had to delay the flight and she still didn’t make it back. But I made fun of her the next time she flew out — she laughed and was super polite.
But Kendall Jenner? Not so much, “every time she flew out, she was not really friendly to anybody and just walked around really arrogant.”
I rate these NSFW for language, but if you’re working from home that really means ‘Not Safe For Kids Coming Into Your Makeshift Home Office’.

LAX is my home airport and I only occasionally see celebrities. Maybe <10% of the time do I see them. Or maybe they're there and I just don't know who they are?
Don’t you mean DIS not dish ..??
Celebrities are mostly arrogant horrible people
I didn’t bother looking at any of the last four items. The kids may be enamored of TikTok, me, not so much.
@Abey I would not limit that to celebrities.
Dakota Johnson…”Fifty Shades of Grey”…Don Johnson…Melanie Griffin. Never heard of her? Really?
I’d guess that no one is surprised by either Jenner or Minaj. I’m a bit surprised that an airline would delay a flight for someone who forgot their passport- maybe I’m just being naive. On a side note, I was trying to figure out the former Agent’s accent (which I’m usually pretty good at)- any ideas?
@mfb123 she’s probably cuban
LAX in general is the airport where I’ve seen the most celebrities. However, in particular, the flights from LAX to JFK where I’ve been upgraded to 1st class- there were almost always celebs there.
It’s fun to watch a movie and look over and see someone from that movie on the plane with you! That happened to me with Margo Martindale as I watching the movie The Hollars.
So here we have a person using language extremely disrespectful language probably offensive to anyone listening to her complaining about disrespectful people.
Hmm…
@Gary Steiger: whataboutism
Doesn’t the airline restrict her from talking about customers?
I met Little Richard at LAX many years ago. He was super-nice & friendly. He stopped to greet everyone, posed for pix and signed autographs for about 15-20 minutes. How many of today’s self-absorbed celebrities would have taken the time to stop and hang with their fans?
A few years later I went his concert in Austin and took the photo previously taken at LAX, hoping to get him to autograph it. I gave it to the stage manager with my request; he returned a few minutes later & said, “Come on in, Little Richard wants to meet you guys!”. We went backstage and had a great visit with Little Richard; he could not have been nicer! I still have that photo on my office wall to this day. What a great memory of a great entertainer & person! RIP, Little Richard.
