Free XpresSpa Airport Massages For Chase Sapphire Reserve-Issued Priority Pass Customers

Several XpresSpa locations have started offering free 25-minute Zero Gravity Massage Lounger to Priority Pass customers. American Express and Capital One exclude non-lounge experiences. Chase excludes restaurants, but these visits should be eligible.

  • Orlando
  • Salt Lake City
  • Dallas – Fort Worth
  • Philadelphia
  • Then the remaining 17 XSpresSpa locations will be added September 16th.

This is a two-year partnership between Priority Pass and XWELL. If you have a Sapphire Reserve, Ritz-Carlton Reserve or J.P. Morgan Reserve credit card, the Priority Pass issued to you through the card product will come with this benefit.

I’ve never stopped at an XspresSpa. I’m sure they’re banking that this deal will change that for a lot of premium customers. I’ve visited the BeRelax Spa at DFW’s D terminal last summer when I spent a day visiting most of the lounges and experiences in the airport. Their premium chair, which was a $9 buy-up, was actually surprisingly amazing.

XpresSpa offers online booking, but it appears that the Zero Gravity chair doesn’t ever show availability on their website, at least for the DFW A concourse location which I checked.

I suspect that they’d probably follow Minute Suites’ lead, in any case, ultimately pulling down the ability for Priority Pass members to reserve in advance because they’re not collecting upfront payment and they’re selling the space at a discount so would prefer full price and only using these discounted customers to fill empty slots. We’ll see how available these chairs are once Priority Pass customers get a feel for them.

  1. One could catch fleas or body odor or sticky grease from those chairs , no ? The entire airplane could be infected with fleas or body odor or sticky grease . All your clothes could be ruined . No thanks .

  2. @Alert – paranoid much? Really dude everything won’t hurt you and the black helicopters aren’t coming for you. Sounds da you may have more quirks than Gary which is saying a lot

  3. Is this the type of US establishment that doesn’t pay a living wage because of tips are “expected”?

If so, (a) it’s not a free offer, quite literally, and (b) you’d be supporting a business that exploits employees and is the cause of, not the solution to, tipflation.

  4. I HATE those chairs. This is t a real free massage benefit, it’s you sitting in a chair which grinds against your muscles and bones. Terrible offering. Honestly those chairs are very painful. My gym has one and it was worse than lying on the floor.
