News and notes from around the interweb:
- Starbucks raised their prices last week. Since they have a revenue-based program now I guess you’re supposed to think that’s a good thing. (HT: Khalil D.) And I guess the pejorative ‘Four Bucks’ is no longer even accurate.

Starbucks reward program is the worst. My points generally expire, which makes me hate Starbcuks more and more. They really should fix their crappy program.
I need to finish off the credit left on my Starbuck card and be done with . Enough is enough .
Not good anymore .
Not sure that the piece about how cheap air travel is today is entirely accurate. I remember flying ORD-LAN to go to undergrad. UA Flt. 648 in 1967 was a DC-6. I flew A class (the only prop class) for $9.85 student standby, and had a choice of steak or lobster for dinner.
In 1968, I went ORD-DTW to visit my fiancée, and flew AA in F on a DC-8 for $20.00 each way.
These are nowhere near the numbers in the article.
