- Emirates is planning to put a bar in its new Boeing 777X’s. When they first put bars on their Airbus A380s, they weren’t sure the concept would work, so they designed it to be able to easily remove and replace with 8 business class seats (2 rows). The original A380s had overhead bins in the bar area. Eventually they decided the benefit in attracting premium business was strong enough to want to keep the concept.
Airbus A380s will be flying until ‘at least 2041’ and they see U.S. service growing with their United partnership.
