News and notes from around the interweb:
- Lufthansa new first.
I’m the luckiest guy today on LH410 MUC-JFK able to try out the entire four suites of the brand new @lufthansa #lufthansaallegris First Class myself. Having 1A plus a double suite is almost like flying a private jet #PaxEx #avgeek pic.twitter.com/gAs0i0f07Y

Double suite on @lufthansa Allegris First is impressive covering almost 4sqm. I also tried the full double bed. Probably the biggest in the sky 126×205 cm and perfect mattress without gap between beds provide great sleep #PaxEx #avgeek pic.twitter.com/ws1OqRVw0e

Pure indulgence today on @lufthansa brand new Allegris First MUC-JFK. Serving caviar (farmed in China) with toast is a gourmet no no – but very good culinary #PaxEx #avgeek pic.twitter.com/G36Ihe165r

- Wait, wut? You’re expected to tip a robotaxi?
Follow-up: Looks like the @Waymo “tipping” feature is actually for charity donations! Clever pic.twitter.com/5JnUaS6BNL

- 1,151,955 tacos were sold at the Austin airport in 2024. That’s actually a significant decline – in 2019 they sold 1.6 million breakfast tacos alone. However brisket sales have doubled since then.
- There’s one bartender in the Chicago United Polaris lounge who’s a total jerk, and everyone knows who he is
- How do you explain people like this?
When your coworker is 10 rows behind you and sends you this…
byu/WarpedHumorIsTheBest indelta - Such a boon to Four Seasons…
The first full trailer for “White Lotus” S3 and its set in Thailand.
Audience for this will be huge. Every single Western college grad from 1995 to 2015 went to a Thai Full Moon Party as part of their process of “self discovery”.

On LH’s new ‘Allegris’ cabins, that’s epic, and glad to see them starting this for JFK-MUC at least. I doubt points redemptions are going to be easy to come by for First, but worth a try at least for the new Business as well. Hopefully there isn’t a ‘last-minute’ aircraft swap—‘sorry, old version, 2-2-2’. *sigh*
Interesting that you neglect to mention the bartender’s name, Gary…
Gary is that bartender’s name? That’s a suspicious name if ever I heard one.
I hope Rudy isn’t making the Four Seasons arrangements or it might end up being filmed at a nursery.
