  1. I thought I would add my two cents into this conversation on this site because what I have been noticing quite a lot with all these so called stories being done on airline companies,I have to say here that I honestly don’t think that any of the upper staff or co-ordinators at these airports really know what exactly they are doing when it involves getting different deals because what I have noticed Big time is all they seem to be trying to do is get as much money as they can out of these so called deals so they can waste it all in very bad programs

  2. Interesting information about Uber and car seats. I can understand the driver’s objection. If anything goes wrong, the driver gets blamed. The drivers do not make enough money to take on the additional liability.

  3. The writing is on the wall for JetBlue on TATL routes. They will exit the market or just fly routes seasonally, and sell the LHR slots to someone else. JetBlue’s North Atlantic operations are empty planes and cheap fares from October to April. The legacies have scale to offset or adjust. B6 does not.

  4. As someone with over half a century in the wine trade, I will say there are some very good (surprisingly) wines now served in cans…just as they are “on tap.” I cannot speak specifically to this brand, as I haven’t tried them, but then again, US carriers are never really known for their wine selection anyway, are they?

  5. Uber not taking car seats: At BWI and other airports there are also these things called “taxicabs.” Remember those, popular before the Cool Kids went over to the tech bro ride share companies with cars driven by who knows who and anyone could be a virtual cabbie with little to no regulation?

  6. @ Robin

Not for “very bad programs” unless you count to the pocket as a very bad program.
