  1. Had Joseph of Nazareth booked with Hilton directly, it would have canceled his reservation at that property in favor of a corporate booking, then reaccommodated his reservation at a nearby (inferior) property . . . at a higher award point rate.

  2. What Margaret Kaminsky did in Judea in 1BC? Her name must have been Rachel or Judith, and family names end in -sky wouldn’t be around for another thousand years at least.
    On the topic, though, apparently Gary is busy, but we can help doing his work, aren’t we? So, if Joseph had an American Express Aspire card (link) that comes with Hilton Diamond status, he would have invoked Diamond guarantee and booked the room regardless of availability. On top of that, since Judea is outside the United States, he and Mary would have received free continental breakfast as MyWay HGI benefit and late checkout, albeit not guaranteed but quite useful anyway to them given their family circumstances.
