Leave a Comment for a Chance to Win a 2-Night HYATT house Stay With Very Important Resident Status

Yesterday I posted about HYATT house’s new extended stay VIP benefits and that I’d be doing a giveaway of a 2-night HYATT house stay that waives the 30 day requirement to qualify for “Very Important Resident” status on that stay and gets you the inside track on giving those benefits a spin.

Here’s how to enter to win:

  • Read about the new HYATT house ‘Very Important Resident’ benefits.

  • Leave a comment in this current contest post, answering the question “Which new benefit is your favorite and why?” Is it the ability to pick your suite, the grocery shopping service, the personalized hotel tour, or something else?

  • You may enter up to once a day — and I give you a bit of slack in this, I won’t disqualify any entry as long as you don’t make more than one entry per calendar day or as long as no entry is closer than 24 hours together from another one. And if you’re close, we’re cool. I’m not looking to disqualify people, just to make sure there’s no massive ballot stuffing.

All entries (comments) must be received no later than Sunday, June 2 at Noone Eastern time.

I will draw the winner at random early next week from those that meet these guidelines. Make sure you enter a valid e-mail address when entering to be eligible to win (you do not need to leave an email address in the comments, but along with your name where it asks for your email that email must be ‘real’ or I will have no way of contacting you).

I’m the final arbiter in all matters related to this contest and in all matters of interpretation. There is no appeal. I’m doing this because there’s an opportunity to send out some cool prizes, and not taking anything from them in return, so please don’t give me a hard time in the process.

Any questions? email me. And hopefully the winner will also follow up with me to let me know their impressions of the new HYATT house benefits for guests making extended stays.

  1. The hotel tour. I’m a bit obsessed with hotel operations so having the chance to take a behind the scenes tour would be fascinating.

  2. I like the VIP Welcome Amenity, I’m always a sucker for that kind of thing.

  3. The grocery Shopping Service…it’s just that convenient, who wouldn’t love it!?

  4. If you’re gonna be staying somewhere 30+ nights, picking the suite is useful. Some might want to be near the elevator or stairs for accessibility. Others might want to be far to reduce traffic noise. Window direction is important too for sunlight purposes.

  5. I think the “choose your suite” option is great and would certainly use it..

  6. The chose your suite option i s the way to go. Ususally you get little say so actually getting a choice would be wonderful.

  7. grub stub. being able to do a load of laundry when traveling with kids will be a life saver.

  8. Best perk is the grocery shopping. Knowing that even if I get in late that I’ll have something to eat and a decent beer (I’m picky) is priceless.

  9. I love the grocery shopping service because I hate going shopping and saving that time will give me more time to get work done.

  10. The Grocery benefit – it’s always nice to show up and have something like that already taken care of – especially if you are showing up late at night!

  11. The grocery service would be great for business travel, especially in towns I am not familiar with.

  12. I like the pick your suite option, keeps you away from the freeway noise at some hotels.
