  1. 6,700 sq? that’s smaller than my house. Just close the lounge, it’s shame to call it a Delta one lounge.

  2. The problem is the BOS Delta None lounge is for both outbound and inbound flights, which means it can handle less than four wide body aircraft D1 customers (30+ seats each) at any one time (two outbound and two inbound).

Expect further restrictions (likely limited to full fare J) in the future.

  3. Hi Gary,

Really, insulting Catholics in your audience following?
You’re better than that and a public apology would be appreciated.

  4. Hi Gary,

    I offer MY apologies publicly.
That phrase, though lined through, was not necessary, but I understand.
    Thank you for responding.

  5. Why can’t airlines get J right? There is no doubt what is bad (half of Virgin and all of NZ, including the new design, 767 on DL). What is good? It’s quite obvious. Emulate that.

  6. Given the state of tier-status-based upgrades and narrower usefulness of RUCs/GUCs, a person has to wonder what the value of Delta Diamond is. Certainly, a person can select bonus points or credit card cash offset for annual choice benefits. And, there’s the phone line for IRROPS. But, I have to scratch my head.
