Right now San Francisco – Singapore non-stop has amazing award availability as well. There are numerous dates where there are 8 award seats available, when booking into the future. In fact there are days where both of Singapore’s daily A350-900 San Francisco non-stops have 8 award seats available.

Singapore Airlines does a very nice job making premium cabin award seats available to its own members, often close to departure but almost certainly booked far into the future. The best availability for non-stop awards to Singapore from San Francisco is September – November right now.

Airport terminals have been getting better. Arguably what were once the two worst terminals in the country – Tom Bradley International at LAX and New York LaGuardia’s Central Terminal – have been completely redone and both are gorgeous.

And airports are trying to provide more seating, and meet the needs of passengers to power their devices. Who needs lounges?

A JetBlue Passenger Stole A Gate Agent’s Phone Charger. How The Agent Responded Was Perfect.

A passenger on a JetBlue flight stole a phone charger from an agent at the gate on Friday. They didn’t take the gate agent’s phone – just the charger.

The agent realized their charger was gone, boarded the flight, and announced at the flight isn’t going anywhere until the thief returns it. If the passenger doesn’t come forward, they’ll pull security tapes and figure out who it was anyway. It’s better to fess up!
