Riding the baggage belt may look like fun but there is a risk of getting fingers and hands seriously injured and having lifelong regrets because of it.
I was going to say what GUWonder said. Most employees are aware of the hazards and can avoid them, but there are a few injuries every year. No one should be riding the belts!
The parents weren’t watching their little spawn. I’m sure we have all seen kids playing with the conveyors, usually the luggage carousel, and the parents are clueless.
And if something were to happen they would be looking to hold the airport 100% accountable.
