News and notes from around the interweb:
- The major pilots union is complaining that airlines mismanaged taxpayer bailouts, which is true, but this was the case 14 months ago. Where was ALPA while pilots were being paid to sit home, rather than receiving their required takeoffs and landings to remain current and ready to fly? Why did they go along with deals to pay pilots to retire early? Why did they demand customer upgrade seats for themselves as a condition of not being furloughed by United?
- “Sounds like animal cruelty to me, don’t you think?” This woman doesn’t like the airline’s treatment of her service animal. Her twitter profile leads to a website that describes her as “Just A Jersey Girl Who Like To Have Sex On Camera” so it’s really true that there’s an aviation angle to everything.
Really @AmericanAir?

- Canadian hockey team buses across the U.S. border and then flies domestically to avoid Covid-19 testing requirement.
The Maple Leafs took a bus to Buffalo this morning and will fly to Tampa Bay from there. No word on the Calgary Flames travel plans to Dallas as both clubs prep for game 2. https://t.co/jL0HeyunzB

- Ryanair flight takes off with 14 passengers waiting for a bus to take them from gate to hard stand
- To be sure, both Congress and Executive can use the reminder. Of course I’ve often seen ads for jet fighters and other large contract military procurements in the metro.

It’d be cleaner to bathe in the Ganges River.
Does it matter if she a porn star? Why can’t it just be about a person that doesn’t like the way AA treats animals. Please don’t write about a black man traveling.
LIE already you don’t pay for a registered service animal
Nobody pays attention to this broad because they care what her two braincells come up with in that pile of mush she calls a brain.
As someone whose spouse always and necessarily travels with her service animal and mostly on AA, it seems that this lady doesn’t know much about dogs in general and suspiciously little about service animals. First, service dogs are trained to perform a service. It is highly unlikely that a service dog would not also be “potty” trained. Further, most airports have pet relief areas where my wife takes her service dog before and after the flight. She feeds after the flight to help her service dog to be comfortable during the flight…it is okay, the dog is well fed and well nourished and can wait a few extra hours to eat. There is absolutely no reason for a trained dog to have to eat or defecate during a flight. The complaining lady, IMHO, must be new to her “service animal” or new to dogs.
Lauren believes all animals should be treated to the lap of luxury and pampered Doggie Style”
The Constitution is probably for Supreme Court justices since they’ve obviously forgotten about about the minor document that they swore to uphold. Maybe the refresher will do some good.
@Christian
The 6 respectable justices understand the constitution very well. The 3 libtards don’t.
@Koggerj – Puerile and inane. I’d say that you blew your street cred but you did that recently when you literally told someone the equivalent of “I know you are but what am I?” That may be clever in second grade but not here. If you have an actual adult counterpoint, made in adult speak, please feel free to retort.
