Do people know what happens when a door is opened at high altitude? The air pressure in the cabin causes the air to rush out, taking a lot of stuff with it. Those standing back a ways to watch the spectacle could be blown out. If you are not close enough to help subdue the miscreant, sit down and make sure your seatbelt is fastened. Secure other items so they cannot be blown out.
I’ll never understand why everyone freaks out when some idiot tries to open a door at altitude. They will never get it open, let the moron wear themselves out, then subdue him. Sooo much easier.

If left ‘unattended’, that behavior will inspire the endless other morons on board to play with other safety equipment onboard and totally disregard crew instructions…….
