  3. I wonder if the $30,000/night rate includes the $45 Resort Fee? If not, I’m out.

    Not that I’m a printing expert, but I think when you’re using a real press, not a laser printer, most things are printed in multiples, assembled, then cut. There’s a certain efficiency that comes from larger sheet sizes. I know the BEP prints stamps and money in huge sheets, then cuts them down to consumer size.
