Not “normalized”. An example of normalized is using your speakerphone in public, which at one point in history was strictly verboten. Now, it’s “normal”.
Until the. Issue of serious Mental Illness in this Country is addressed, these things will continue. Nobody learns boundaries or appropriate behavior anymore, society and Wackos holding Office from the Mayors to the Governors to the house dandy Senate of the United States, all look the other way and do not enforce the laws the passed. Nobody wants to see the truth so they blame inanimate objects and shake their heads. This kid obviously missed a few valuable lessons in life.
