Both the Chicago and Philadelphia lounges I have witnessed roaches crawling around. They have long had issues and glad to see they are getting called out.

The last time I saw a mouse or rat at an airport, it was in the busy arrivals area at ORD T5 where the McDonalds customers would sit eating. Brave pests in Chicago.
Why would that CEO Parker allow a little thing like cleanliness stand in the way of his pursuit of efficiency. Heck he probably wants to do away with a whole list of health and safety expenses that in his judgment interfere with the AA mantra. of more efficiency.
