Honestly If i am in DC and have a Car I will have to make it out to Elephant Jumps sometime.
If you find your self in Boston, with the Free time to leave the CBD, I would submit my favorite, Thai North. Most of the menu is crap, but the chalk board or the back page are the trick. Very good northern Thai food. Chang Mai Sausage, Khao Soy, Whole Fried Fish, Duck Larp, Sticky Rice.
