She ropes in a few American Airlines employees, people working at concessions, and everyone she can find in the mostly empty airport. And oh that moonwalk.

Day One Insights From Hyatt’s New Head of Loyalty
It’s only his first day, and he still plans to hire the day to day lead, but so far he’s got a free hand, wants to listen to members, has a charge to integrate Hyatt’s offerings with their new lifestyle brand acquisitions, and plans to draw on his experiences at Starwood.
British Airways Flight Attendant Goes Off in Racist Snapchat
Flight attendants are just like everyone else, with the same inappropriate jokes in moments meant to be private, but that privacy disappears when broadcast in social media and jeopardizes jobs when done while representing an employer (in this case, in uniform).

Every Travel Company Catering to (Patronizing) Millennials Has Got to Stop
Millennials aren’t that different from other generations. They want to go to Hawaii. They may not buy as many souvenirs but spend more on experiences while they’re away. However where millennials really diverge from other generations is that they are less trusting of institutions. So patronizing millennials by forced attempts at authenticity is self-defeating.
Hyatt Just Announced a New Head of Loyalty, What Do You Want to Ask Him?
Hyatt just announced that Mark Vondrasek will be their new head of loyalty (and ‘business platforms’).

Must Watch Video: Which is Worth It, JetBlue, Flying Private, or Singapore Suites?
JetBlue comes out looking really good in this BuzzFeed spinoff video that is currently trending number one on YouTube. They have JetBlue explaining themselves as trying to be both the cheapest and a little more human. I think a better way of putting it, considering that they’ve taken away some of the legroom and gave in and added checked bag fees, is that they’re trying to be a little less bad. And they are.
But it’s those Singapore Suites…
Woman Runs Down Aisle With Pants Down, Tries to Bite Flight Attendant, Sues Airline
Sabina Sultanova was flying London to Dubai on British Airways. In her telling “she passed out before waking up in an airport holding room full of police officers” and that she was “pulled back” onto the aircraft by a flight attendant as she tried to disembark on arrival, cutting her neck and bruising her. And she says she couldn’t swallow for several days thanks to her neck injuries.
British Airways tells a,,, different story.
