Marriott can go suck eggs. I only have a half million points left and once those are gone, so am I. And I may just transfer them somewhere else. As a result of the merger taking away my platinum, i quickly got the aspire card and enjoyed diamond status all over SE Asia this last month. I cancelled 7 reservations when they hit me, so i am not surprised that they are dropping in status. Maybe now they will know how it feels.
