Luxury Travel Diary, a high-end travel blog with great reviews based in the UK, has a bunch of travel auctions — some about to close, others extend into October — and there look to be some real bargains.

Prize: a three-night stay in a luxury apartment in Knightsbridge, London at The Ovington Elegance – subject to availability, stay by April 28 (excluding December 25-27, December 31-January, and March 25-26).

I would choose to stay at the Ovington as opposed to hotels because I prefer to do apartment rentals when traveling and also it seems like it is in a great location in one of my favorite cities!

London is one of my favorite city’s to visit. It would be awesome to be able to experience London like a local in this 3 bedroom apartment. Great apartment in a great location.
I’d do the greek stay for 7 nights for 8 people in Rhodes! What a deal.
London! Sounds like a great way to make an expensive city more manageable.
I think I would choose the 7 nights in a villa on the Greek island of Spetses, as that just seems like the ideal getaway, especially since Spetses seems to attract fewer international travelers than other islands (most of the tourists are wealthy Greeks). It would seem to offer a very authentically Greek experience.
Given the outrageous prices of hotels in London, this apartment in Knightsbridge looks like a perfect way to get a little luxury at a good price.
Knightsbridge would be fantastic! Staying in a flat is the best way to travel.
A week in Mallorca soaking up the sun – what could be better than that?
The Ovington apartment would seem to be in an ideal location in London, and if I were traveling with extended family, it would be much less expensive than booking multiple rooms in a hotel of similar quality.
I love the look of Bush Sense in South Africa given I intend to visit soon. Could be a great deal.

The property in London looks elegant and wonderful. I’ve never been to the UK because accommodations have always been relatively expensive for Americans. Winning this would make me go in a heartbeat!
