Yea. Get paid. They send you a card check, which is too small to cover a bounced check fee if it is bad. The time it takes to get paid is probably worth more than the check. The lawyers walk away with millions. Then the lawyers walk around bragging about how they helped the consumer.
Paid a resort fee between June 6, 2010 and October 18, 2019 AND HAVE THE RECEIPT to show it. Yes have all of that and Santa will be putting that Lexis with e Red Bow in my Driveway.
Love it when then settlements ask for things that they KNOW no one has. These hotel websites do not even want to give you a receipt with the details, forget that you need to keep them for 9 years.
