  2. Charging tourists more than locals: People are ready to spend more on vacation. Why not take advantage of that and charge more? Disneyland has been doing this for years: people with Southern California zip codes can get lower admission prices than if you’re from elsewhere. If you want a cheaper vacation, choose a place that is less crowded and trendy.

  3. Never been to Cancun, but places like Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende were fantastic. Safe, affordable, beautiful, historic, great weather, you name it. I can see why number of US immigrants to Mexico is going up while Mexican immigrants to US is going down.

  7. Luxury bag entitlement girl needs to check herself. The bag was probably a fake, and too big for overhead anyway, and which part of “follow the directions of airline staff” did she think she was too special to have apply on her contract for carriage? That gets a STFU and lifetime ban. With a commendation noted in the files for the alert gate team that caught her attempted criminal non-compliance.

  8. those toes don’t seem to be encroaching on the arm rest or protruding into the front passenger’s space. they are quite close…but unless you have your arm all the way back…you won’t be touched. not ideal, but legroom on planes is a joke.

  9. Flip flops are really useful when the aircraft has made an off-airport landing and you have to evacuate through a field of broken metal.
