Re 737Max… Larger engines, located on the wing further forward, affected center of gravity which would have prompted curious pilots to check into how Boeing designed this plane.
UAL pilots said they knew about MCAS. So I doubt it was a surprise to curious pilots.
The CVR will be highly revealing.
