Via Airfare Spot you can fly non-stop to Madrid from $350 roundtrip leaving from New York, Boston, or Miami.
Travel is on American Airlines or Iberia and will often come up as a codeshare flight using one of their joint venture airline partners British Airways or Finnair.

For this New York fare, travel is permitted through April 6, and again starting October 30.
Boston non-stops are a little bit higher — from $362 — but connecting travel on Star Alliance airlines is available at the $350 price.
