  1. Not sure what kind of business connection you’d find in row 29 or a Spirit Airlines flight.

  2. No shorts or flip flops at work???!!?! What?!??!

Trump is a fascist, racist. Hitler!

(Hey left – am I doing this right? )

  3. On the CFPB: It’s a tragedy that they vilified this agency that was actually doing a lot of good for consumers. You bet that even the big banks like *some* regulation–because without rules, it’s utter chaos. Scams abound. Volatility. Speculation. Recession. While some folks here have celebrated this, I sure don’t. We need guardrails for our financial system. And we should regularly audit and improve the system, not blow it. This race to abolish such agencies is going to harm nearly all of us.

  4. @ George N Romey — You woud be surprised. Not everyone wastes their money on other airlines.

  5. It’s pathetic that you have to spell out what people should wear to work. My company allowed Bermuda shorts but there were women who decided booty shorts were equivalent and that privilege was revoked.

  6. It is rare that I would ever consider wearing a suit while flying. The seats are too cramped and I tend to fly longer flights. Unless a person wants creases in the back of their suit jacket, they should take it off while seated and find a way to hang it. The pants may also get creased. I suppose that a person meeting with an important person directly after the flight has no choice about wearing formal wear. I haven’t flown flights for business since the 80s.
