Fare Alert: Premium Economy To Europe From Under $500 Roundtrip

Airfares have been astronomical, but have been coming down a bit. Under $500 would be a very good coach fare of late, but right now it’s possible to travel to Europe roundtrip for under $500 in premium economy on Star Alliance member Scandinavian Airlines. Not only is it a bigger seat but they provide lounge access as well. This fare was first spotted by Thrifty Traveler‘s premium airfare deal alert service.

Fares are available to much of Europe (your choice of destination) from SAS gateways Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Newark, San Francisco, and Washington Dulles – with the absolute cheapest the shortest non-stop distances like Newark – Dublin (which connects in an SAS hub).

  • Travel must be btween November 1 – April 30
  • Ticket by August 28

  1. Overnight return will have a hotel charge in Stockholm, otherwise very good. Thanks for sharing.

  2. @T that’s not correct – I’m seeing 1 free checked bag, plus lounge and the equivalent of a domestic US First Class seat for $500-$700, including over spring break. How is that a bad deal?

  3. If you credit to Aeroplan, you don’t get any dollar credit good for status. Only AC-issued tickets rate that.
