The woman whose Southwest meltdown at Denver went viral last week is back in a new video. She’s screaming at another passenger inside the cabin of a Southwest 737.
Earlier she was filmed at the Denver airline on November 21 berating a Southwest employee over a delayed and overbooked flight. Dressed in white sweatpants and a green crop top, she spent roughly half an hour yelling at the gate agent, demanding to know why the flight hadn’t boarded and why she couldn’t get on. Security eventually arrived and walked her away to applause.

Online she’s been christened “white sweatpants lady.” Now there’s Part 2, showing the same woman on a Southwest flight. She’s up on her seat, turned around and facing the row behind her, screaming at another passenger. The language isn’t safe for work or for work from home. She’s yelling things like:
“Who’s laughing at me, bitch? I will remember!”
“Wait for me outside, bitch! You better walk the f*** out, bitch! I dare you, bitch!”
“What, bitch? What, bitch?”
“Shut the f*** down, bitch. I don’t give a f***.”
“Talk to me about my father. Then I’ll tell you what.”
They should have escorted this KRAZY KAREN off the plane in a Straight Jacket!

The woman she’s targeting stands up briefly, then does exactly what many travelers would do: sit somewhere else and hope this problem goes away. No one appears to be trying to physically intervene, no flight attendant stops her.
She’s not going to face a federal No Fly List. There’s no single national “Karen list” and there should be. But surely now and finally Southwest will ban her?
So why are the FAs in the middle of this. Can’t go on and on about being there for “our safety” as an excuse for poor service then not actually getting involved in an incident. Can’t have it both ways

Southwest won’t officially ban her…they’ll simply explain that the Spirit counter is just two counter down…

That is pathetic and disgraceful behavior-from the two FLIGHT ATTENDANTS. One is actually still serving snacks as she walks past and the other walks past as if this is ordinary and normal behavior from a passenger.
It’s times like this when I 100% support someone knocking her ass out. Punch her into submission and then strap her down with a gag.
First, I hope she’s banned from future flights.

Meh, I could take this lady with serious mental health issues down pretty easily, so she’s not really a threat. A big scary looking person might need to be contained.
yeaaah… airlines are so money driven , that one would have to annoy someone in upper management to get truly banned. paying customer is always the winner…revenue is all that matters.
She’s actually got really good energy. Wish she’d just put it to better use. Seems a bit young to be a ‘Karen,’ too. Oh, sorry @Karen, but, also, not sorry. And, I donno, @WearyWatchdog, this may be less of an ‘engage’ situation and more of an ‘ignore’ scenario. But, you do you. I’d wanna ‘watch’ more than ‘shout-back,’ ya know.

Both air travel, meltdowns involved repeated use of the taunt “how dare you?! “. She’s the last place finisher in the Greta Thunberg sound-alike contest.
There should be a universal no fly list for disruptive passengers like this young, violent, self- entitled kunnt. Why do the other 99.9% of passengers have to put up with this? I pay more to fly first class these days just to avoid the crazy people. I will not fly Southwest, Spirit, or Frontier anymore. They have become the Greyhounds of the sky.
I avoid SouthWest whenever possible, so I am glad that SouthWest refuses to ban her. Less risk that she will somehow be on my flight. Now that SouthWest charges for luggage less likely that I will fly them for any reason.

Hope she was taken off the plane. I would think that creating a disturbance like that on an airliner would be considered a safety risk for the flight crew & passengers. woman is clearly unstable. wonder how she was acting at the gate before boarding?

Flight attendants could not have been more useless. I’ve seen some kick people off flights for far less than this.

Definitely having some kind of mental health crisis, but these flight attendants did not remotely do their jobs. I wouldn’t classify her as. “Karen” either – she falls more into unmedicated psychotic as far as I can see. Really the FAs should have removed her and called an ambulance in addition to police for her actions, this lady needs some meds.
