On a March 22nd British Airways London – Barcelona flight a man was accused by another passenger of stealing an iPhone.
The man was searched on the flight. He showed what was in his pockets. He didn’t have the iPhone.
How to Claim EU Compensation If Your Flight is Delayed
EU regulation 261 (2004) requires airlines to compensate passengers between €250 and €600 cash for flight delays of over 3 hours, for cancellations, and for involuntary denied boardings due to overbooking. The amount depends on the distance of the flight.
This applies to flight departures from EU countries, and it applies to flights headed to the EU on airlines based there. It also includes Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. And it applies to award tickets not just paid tickets.
22 Changes to Hilton’s Airline Partners Starting Tomorrow
Hilton is making changes to its airline partnerships effective tomorrow April 2. They are dropping a bunch of airlines (you’ll no longer be able to transfer points to these airlines), adding some, and changing the transfer ratio for a couple.

I reached out to Delta and they confirmed that this is “No[t a] glitch on the award pricing” so we can apparently rely on it, until it changes again.
