We see people checking out of a hotel and that’s normal. We need to get more used to people checking out of homes in our neighborhoods. Because that means getting used to more types of people, more people who ‘look different’, and that happens by making it more commonplace.
It’s a reminder that anti-Airbnb ordinances are often cover for deplorable motives. And hotels spending money on front groups to lobby against Airbnb should be ashamed of themselves too.

The government has been meddling with Dallas Love Field to benefit large alines and hurt consumers since the early 1970s.
Don’t delude yourself into thinking that when the government regulates airlines, or other large businesses, that it’s doing so for your benefit.
Generally flight attendants don’t actually care if you use the lavatory while the seat belt sign is on. They have to tell you that the seat belt sign is on. They cannot tell you it is ok for you to use the lavatory.
That’s the practical real world answer. What about the law?
I’m going to go out on a limb and claim that American Airlines has the best business class, though Delta should ultimately overtake it.

Southwest Airlines flight WN6263 from Fort Lauderdale to Baltimore last night was struck by a pickup truck as it taxied to the gate. No one – onboard the aircraft or in the truck – was injured.
However it was after midnight, and passengers had to wait a long period of time before they were permitted to deplane — and then they were reportedly held in the gate area once they did.
American AAdvantage has two banks issuing credit cards to members in the U.S.: Citibank and Barclays. Citibank advertises online, through direct mail, and in American’s club lounges. Barclays advertises in the airport (but not within 100 feet of a club) and on flights.
The Barclays small business card is still new and hasn’t ever offered 50,000 miles before though I imagine after this offer ends we’ll eventually see it back.
