Isn’t it Ken White (Popehat.com) who says: when someone says it’s RICO, it’s never RICO.
Just no end to the stupidity being unleased by ambulance chasing lawyers and their greedy, easy money grabbing clients. Incredibly, they will find some court/jury who will side with them, regardless of the fact they sustained no possible injury, ill effects (except some ginned up “mental” issue” years after flying on the aircraft) or real ill effects and award billions.
Anybody with $400 in their pocket can file a RICO lawsuit. There will be no money grabbing here as this case will almost certainly be dismissed on the pleadings.
