  1. That is the most American Airlines thing possible.

“We can’t provide service because they’ll expect it the next time. Literally Spirit level garbage.”

  2. Hopefully, the American Airlines flight attendant offering first-class pre-departure beverages service to passengers will not get expelled from the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) union for providing excellent customer service to customers.

  3. Sad US carrier have premium routes and even international routes with FAs that have this kind of attitude. This is why I always choose to fly and even pay more for middle east or asian, swiss/lufthansa if routing is equal.

  4. Crab bucket syndrome. One crab tries to reach a higher level and the other crabs pull it back into the bucket. AA flight attendants have not been consistent for years. But it used to be the majority were good to great. Now the lazy outnumber the good and don’t care. They know the pay is the same and there is no threat from AA taking any action to discipline the worthless or incentivize the good ones. AA is just a terrible flying experience.
