I’m sure that there are flight attendants somewhere that are upset about the passengers being able to move around on the Emirates flight.

Malaysia has gone totally crazy in pandering to their Islamic citizens; I just spent a fortnight in Java (with a much higher proportion of Muslims) and nowhere do you see the kind of madness that has become common in Malaysia. MH continues to plumb the depths and cannot learn from SQ or even GA
It wasn’t totally empty but my Emirates flight to the Maldives had row after row of empty Economy seats. I wandered down and stretched out on a five seat middle row to try and get some sleep (flight departed at 3:30am and we had an 8 hour layover at DXB on top of that).
