- Hawaii doesn’t have details worked out yet for its August 1 tourism re-opening
…promising information at a later date on the age cutoff for children to be tested, how long the pre-arrival testing requirement and quarantine process will be in effect, and whether the program covers travel just from the U.S. mainland or also includes travel from other countries. And it doesn’t explain if returning residents will fall under the same stipulations.

When it came to Denmark opening up a bit by doing this several weeks ago, I called this out as the dating exemption.
Speaking of the economic impact from the coronavirus situation, the estimates are in that Denmark — which locked down in ways — has done better than Sweden with its “no rules, just recommendations” approach to the coronavirus situation.
In the EU, only Poland is expected to have done better in a way economically than Denmark.
