- Supreme Court agrees to hear whether a city that sued online travel agencies over hotel taxes and lost should have to pay OTA legal expenses. (In fact, the contingency fee lawyers on currently on the hook for these costs, not taxpayers.)
- Will Canada’s Porter Airlines resume service, or is it toast?
- Repealing Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act would be terrible for Airbnb and by the way you can pretty much replace ‘Airbnb’ with anything else and the headline remains correct.

If they actually got what they asked for here, straight up removing legal protections from websites so they’re treated like publishers, all of a sudden his Tweets would have had an “editor” to ensure their content was legally palatable!
