    I know people generally give you a lot of flak for self-promotion, but a shout-out in an earnings call is genuinely deserving of kudos. Nicely done.

  2. Need help. Have Gold Status on AA. Have Ciitbank co-branded AAdvantage Executive World Mastercard-which if I have understood the news flashes will NOT allow its spend to be counted towards status starting in 2017.
    Question what card should I apply for and should I drop the CBWEMC?

  3. @Carolelee – need to know more about your goals, the card you have lets you get access to american lounges and lets you spend for elite qualifying miles. do you need to be able to earn qualifying *dollars*? The Barclaycard products, which you can apply for come January, will offer that. But what are your reward goals?
