@ Gary — I find it ridiculous that the hotel couldn’t give these people rooms and worry about AA later.
Why on earth would a hotel just give random people showing up a room for free for giggles? Doesn’t work that way. It’s a hotel not an open shelter.

Sad that I recognize the region from the map in the hotel! I once flew out of AVP in 1992. I think it took 3 minutes from curb to gate. Didn’t realize AA, United, United and Delta all serve it. I think Prime Air probably has the most daily flights…

Stop with your nonsense. I don’t like the glorification of Ukrainian nationalists either but there is no question who today’s fascists are. They are in Moscow, not Kiev. And speaking of the glorification of people involved in crimes against humanity – most Russian cities still have Lenin’s statures and central streets named after him. He has the blood of many more people on his hands than Bandera and Shukhevich.
