About an hour into the five hour flight, flight attendants were alerted that a dog was in distress. A call for medical assistance produced an onboard veterinarian who stabilized the animal, but the assessment was that the dog needed professional treatment. The Airbus narrowbody with 181 customers and six crew aboard made a 300-mile detour to Delta’s Minneapolis–St Paul hub.

‘He Needs To Do Potty!’ United Airlines Karen Walks Dog Through Galley In Diaper—Snaps When Crew Objects to Poo In Food Prep Area

A United Airlines passenger, being dubbed a ‘Karen’, brought her dog to the galley of a Boeing 787. When a flight attendant reprimanded her – the dog can’t be in the food prep area – the woman defended the choice to bring him there: “He needs to do potty!”

The passenger felt that because the dog was wearing a diaper that made it o.k. to walk him through the aircraft, including the galley. And she got stern with the crewmember: “I don’t appreciate you taking that tone with me.”

“She Folded the Dog To Make It Fit”—But When She Pushed Its Head Down, The Airline Wouldn’t Let Her Fly

Here’s a woman that didn’t get the memo. She brought her pet in cabin, brought the carrier, but the dog is walking around at the gate because the carrier isn’t large enough. An employee calls her out for this, and lets her know that if she doesn’t have a carrier that the dog will fit into, then they can’t fly. So the woman tries to prove that the dog fits.
