The Most Unique Hotel Room In The World? And Any Guest Can Stay One Night Free

A woman in Ibiza, Spain shared her hotel room experience. It’s truly unique, and you can stay there for free. The room has glass walls. It’s in the center of the hotel lobby. Everyone can see inside.

The London-based guest at the Paradiso Art Hotel stayed there after seeing it on TikTok. Her own social shares are generating 8 figure views. So it’s both creepy and an online content creator’s dream.

The ‘Zero Suite’ is meant as art in a hotel that describes itself as “media-friendly” (every guest’s nightmare) and features an art gallery and tattoo parlor. The suite is priced at $0 for one night – and each guest can stay in it only once per year – but you’re staying inside a fish bowl.

According to the hotel,

Each one of our hotels has a wow factor or unique feature that makes the hotel much more than just a building with rooms in it, and creates experiences that the guest will remember long after they check out.

…[The room’s] walls are entirely made of glass. It’s a completely furnished room with a bed, a table, chairs, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

  1. @Gary, yes, I will be that pedant since English is my native language.
In connection to the title of your post, pray tell, how something can be “…most unique”
Surely, it is or is not? Unique should not accept a modifier. A bit like pregnant or dead, frankly. Either one is or one is not…
    🙂

  2. Add the “t” to can’: Fortunately other guests can’ see into the bathroom!

  3. @woofie it’s not pedantry to speak correctly. Unique cannot be qualified. Something is either unique or not.

  4. @Jimbo – Neither can “justice”, but that doesn’t stop it from entering the everyday lexicon among the Wokerati. There is “justice” or it’s opposite, “injustice”, any other modifier is less than “justice”

Ima thinkin’ this will last until some ugly fat dude decides to let it all hang out. Hot chick in bathing suit/lingerie = clicks. Ugly fat naked dude = end of art installation.

  5. Yuck. But I am sure there are a million wannabe social influencers who will delight in a free room and more followers.

Personally I would rather see more reddit posts from the Emirates A380 showers LOL

  6. Reminds me of Vince Vaughn in the movie, Unfinished Business. “American Business Traveler”. Influencers will love it. Hey look at me and we are stupid enough to do so

  7. The Standard Hotel West Hollywood has a very large viewing window (one way mirror) behind the check in counter looking into a “bedroom of a 20 something” young women whom is usually reading a paperback or writing in her journel while lounging on the bed.
My wife & I have very different takes on this.

  8. Um – nothing can be “Most Unique”. The word comes from the Latin “unus” meaning the numeral one, 1. Unique means that there is only one of them (whatever it is), hence it is impossible to be “Most One” or “More one – it is either unique, one of a kind, or not, and can never be anything other than that.

    Two things:
The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood no longer exists.

There was indeed a hired model behind glass behind the check-in counter. They called it “The Box”. But I think it was plain glass. The model could see you just as easily as you could see her. Of course, the job mostly included ignoring you! And it wasn’t a bedroom. Think of a very large fish tank, with a padded surface for her to recline upon. If you do a search for “The Standard West Hollywood Box pictures” quite a few images will come up to give you an idea.
